After having a few glasses of Absinthe from an $80 bottle with my roommate I was feeling pretty O.K. This stuff isn't half bad. I'd just hate to have to serve this at a bar. Not only would it be time consuming but you know there'd be some asshole who had to have his just so! You know, just like that customer who feels he knows how to make a martini better that anyone. The guy who tells you that the drop of bitters was too big. This same guy will be telling you that you're pouring the absinthe too fast or too slow, that the sugar cube is too big, that the perforations in the spoon aren't far enough apart etc.. I digress. It's a good drink and this is some good info
