According to WKYT 27 of Lexington Kentucky, 42-year-old Millard Greg Dwyer was arrested for riding his horse while drunk. He'll be charged with operating a vehicle other than a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, which he claims is the wrong crime since the horse has a mind of it's own. According to Ananova.com, a Romanian man was fined for having a face like a moron. I wish we could really go around fining people for this. I know I would have gotten fined a few times and deserved it. I've had a couple of bad hair cuts in my day. My list would start with Michael Jackson, Liza Minelli, David Gest, and Michael Jackson. (Michael would be fined twice for doing it on purpose.) Who else could we fine for having a face like a moron?
