MAN ARRESTED FOR RIDING HORSE DRUNK

According to WKYT 27 of Lexington Kentucky, 42-year-old Millard Greg Dwyer was arrested for riding his horse while drunk. He'll be charged with operating a vehicle other than a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, which he claims is the wrong crime since the horse has a mind of it's own. I can't wait till I read my first story of a man riding a segway under the influence.
