I know I would have gotten fined a few times and deserved it. I've had a couple of bad hair cuts in my day. My list would start with Michael Jackson, Liza Minelli, David Gest, and Michael Jackson. (Michael would be fined twice for doing it on purpose.) Who else could we fine for having a face like a moron?
