Drunk and Dumb
I don't know that this article is necessary. Anyone who has been drunk or around a drunk about these. The only thing that caught me off guard was the bed wetting. Has anyone else ever heard of someone being so drunk that they wet the bed?

Oh Dude. I had a friend in school that would get hammered and piss on himself. It was disgusting. This guy had some serious problems with booze. He got in fights but not the honorable sticking up for something fights, he would walk up to someone and just punch them. I saw him get his ass kicked so many times and he always would try to guilt me with the "why didn't you stick up for me man?".
It happened so often that I finally replied by telling him that he was a dick and deserved to get his ass handed to him on a plate.
He's probably in jail somewhere.
The Ex used to do it ALL the time, which contributed greatly to his current status as Ex.
He also used to stumble about the bedroom and wind up pissing in the closet, thinking it was the bathroom.
I heard he's a guidance counseler in Colorado now.
Hi, my nickname: sleeping peepeetent. i get drunk a lot, and occasionally piss the bed. dont think its a bad thing, at least i aint shittin the bed. yeah im an optimist. i dont think its a problem, or very uncommon in the party community. especally when you drink like we do. i've found 2 other anon. durnken peers that piss the bed occasionally when the get shitty as well. we may start a support group/website for this, cause we feel like there are probably a lot more of us out there. we'll keep ya posted.

i recently went to visit a friend at college and i went to bed after drinking about 5 more beers-meaning i didn't get drunk till the middle of the night, well i peed on the dorm floor and did some things i don't remember-anybody know how to prevent this??
My Ex did this when he'd been drinking. He'd drink a bottle of wine over an evening and be so relaxed that he just wouldn't wake up and pee in the bed. And yes, it did contribute to his status as ex. He was loud and obnoxious when he was drunk and the fact that he kept drinking when it was so negative for me showed me either how little he cared about me, or that he was an alcoholic. Either way, count me out.
yeah...i've been having that problem...only of lately (age 25)...it happened to me like once or twice a long time ago...but recently it happened twice in the span of less than 2 weeks...fuck!!and that's the reason i found this site cause i was worried, esp. if a chick woke up next to me that way...i've always had a small bladder and have to pee a lot...although this seems to only happen to me when drinking beer and lots of it...which sux cuz beer is usually the only booze i drink for the mostpart. I'll join a support group...this could really fuk things up with chicks.

Just recently this has happend to me. i'm about 25 yrs old, and its happend 3 times in less than a month. I was completely shit faced each time, but still, this hasn't happend before and i have no clue why now. I have friends and known other people that this happens too, but its just in the back of my mind that if i was with a girl, it would be EMBARRASSING!!! Don't know what to do
Unfortunately, this happens to me after a big night of hammering down hard liquor. I've now realized this is a contributing factor and will have to stick to beers when I'm out.
Pissed the bed, laundry hampers, closets, floors, speakers (!!??!) Thank god no chicks were around in each of these incidents, only friends who are nice enough to remind me of it. If you're going to get this hammered, this is what happens. I'm not saying I'm going to change how drunk I get, but I better, as the last time I was out and that pissed up, I lost the only girl I cared about in years.
peeing the bed when extreamly intoxicated is not unordinary. i myself have a little problem with it, but what can i do. i like to drink...mostly beer. i know plenty of others that have done it, none as much as i. it can happen to me just about any time i get real drunk and go to sleep. but if i wait about an hour or so between my last drink and sleep i am usually okay. sucks alot. but i bought a waterproof mattress pad so i can pee anytime i want and not have to worry about ruining my bed
this happens to me alot too. usually after drinking alot of beer. I don't know why, because when i was younger, it never happened and i would drink alot more back then(now i'm 25) it sucks when i go to other people's houses,because i am worried that it will happen again. it's weird though, because when i wake up from pissing myself, i have to go pee. i don't know, but it is just plain out sucks having my wife wake up pissed off and pissed on.
Happens to me all the time too. I used to take this pill for it called DDAVP. They give it to kids for pissing. It's a hormone that stops your kidneys from producing liquids. The pill worked great, but after I moved to Chicago and had to renue the perscription, a doctor told me that if I keep taking this when I'm drunk it could kill me. It would produce the same type of effect as the drinking too much water and killing yourself. The kidneys are overloaded w/ liquid, and you're telling them to stop producing urine.
I asked the doc what I could do. His answer....don't drink so much. Easier said than done right.... He was a cool guy. That was just the only advice he could give for the problem. If anyone comes across something better, let me know.
dude, i do the same thing. i would go to bed having had just 5 beers (which is not a lot) and wake up in the middle of the night thinking im sweating to death. nope. i pissed the bed again. it only happens when i drink, but only recently (in the past year). i dont know what triggers it but it's embarressing. i also live with my boyfriend ( he's understanding because he knows i cant help it). he shouldnt have to wake up in a bed full of piss. i dont know what to do
oh my god, it's so good to hear that other people have the same problem. i piss the bed all the time and have done it with chicks in the bed. it's so embarrassing as they told all my friends.
I have been with my boyfriend for over 4 years now. We have a 3 year old son. Three times in the last month my boyfriend has gotten so drunk that he can't seem to find the bathroom at night. It has never happen before this month. I don't understand what is going on. The first time, he pissed the bed, woke himself up and finished on the nightstand, the second time he pissed in the closet and ruined 4 pairs of shoes and this last time he made it out of the bedroom and into the bathroom but not the toilet, he pissed in the clothes basket. I am about to kick him out except that he is a wonderful man other than these incidents. But I can not have my 3 year old witnessing this crap. Don't know what to do....
im 19 years old. and pissed the bed after drinking a lot about a year ago. i figured it was a one time thing and thought nothing of it. now everytime i drink a decent amount of beer im waking up to a wet bed more and more. i need this to stop cause its flat out embarassing. im debating going to a doctor. anyone try that yet?
i know--- it happenns to me too!!! its only when i drink but what i cant understand is why it doesnt happen all the time. i pretty much drink the same shit and about the same amount but how come i only pee the bed once in a while? what the fuck. its embarassing and unpredictable and its happened to me at other peoples houses!!! i just try to remember no matter how shit faced i am- to pee before i pass out! it dosent really help that much though. what are u gonna do? pee happens.
WELL I HAD a boyfriend that piss on ME in bed 2X and once when he was too drunk to even make it to be and pissed on the my new couch.
I sprang up and started screaming WAKE UP but he just looked at me confused while he continue to pee the bed. NEVER date the drunk, he was a lot of fun, but not boyfriend material.
I had an accident like that recently too. I went out and got really drunk then didn't even think about going to the bathroom before passing out in a friends bed. I woke up about 2 hours later just soaked with my friend in bed next to me. I had no idea what to do, so I just got up and left her sleeping in bed. How can you apoligize for something like that? Its awful. I'm terrified to talk to her now too, knowing that she knows I wet the bed drunk. I just hope she doesn't tell a ton of people. If anyone ever does this, just remember that its an accident. They dont mean to do it.
i have peed in alot of beds when I was drunk, several times with a dude next to me. ge was fucking pissed. totally killed my game. pretty much the most embarrassing thing EVER. but if someone ever did it to me I'd just laugh because we don't mean to do it in the firstplace...my kitty does it all the time and I still love him. stay strong bed pee-ers!!
I have done this more than a few times (I'm enjoying college) and I'm not always alone. Most of the girls will just laugh it off but even if they are annoyed they all know I'm not doing it on purpose. If they get mad I usually will go down on them in the morning and that always makes up for the pee.
well this actually didnt start happening to me until 4 years ago after i had a kid.it doesnt happen everytime but most of the time. but i do have a little tip for everyone after you are done drinking dont go to bed make sure you go to the bathroom get something to eat and maybe sit down and watch tv just dont go to bed right away. if you stay up it gives your bladder plenty of time to empty itself.hope my little tip helps. and just remember its not your fault and if anyone makes fun of you then they really arent your friend
I am in my early thirties and I have been partying ever since college. Recently after a night out on the town I found out that I had pissed in the closet in my sock drawer. My wife and I laughed it off and moved on. This has happened at least three other times. Tonight my wife was pre-heating the oven to make dinner and she noticed a familuar smell. Yep you guessed it, I had pissed in the oven. All I know is that from now on I will be making pit stops in the bathroom before I fall asleep.
P.S. We order take out from now on
I had no idea this happened to so many people, but I am really glad I stumbled across this web page and read all your posts. I like to drink a lot as I am in college, but even if I don't drink all that much i will still have these incidents. They have been happening more frequently it seems which is why I searched about it. I do even try to go to the bathroom before, but it will still happen. I have a long term boyfriend and he knows this happens and so do some friends, but most of the times i do a pretty good job at hiding it or cleaning it up before anyone knows :/ . It gets depressing at times i've tried different things, but I guss the only thing would be to to all I can not to pass out or fall asleep to quickly after drinking. It will be hard, but I'm going to try and stay up for at least an hour now of no drinking before I go to bed while having the drunken munchies and watching tv as someone suggested. Hopefully it will work!
Such a relief to read about other people's experiences with this problem. I've pissed the bed a few times, only ever when I'm shit-faced though. Other times, I've pissed at various locations around the house, and it's not till the next morning, when you see the wet patch, do you realise what you've done. I've ruined an answering machine, several pairs of shoes and nearly a couch by pissing on them, yet wake up with no memory of doing so. So as much as it will piss me off (literally), I'm trying hard not to get so drunk in the first place. Pissing at a friend's house once was the final stgraw for me.
Last night I went to bed absolutely shitfaced and wet the bed. I'd had a lot of water right before to try and prevent a hangover but it really freaked me out. I've never wet the bed before in my life, not since diapers at least and I'm definately hoping that this doesn't become some kind of sick trend.
As long as this is a one time thing I think it's kind of funny. I don't need any Depends in my life
